StartupDEX is a token trading platform that connects startups with investors. Founders can tokenize their ideas to raise funds, and investors can invest in promising startups from the early stages. Under the philosophy "Ideas are Value," everyone can get a fair opportunity.

After signing up, click the "Register Project" button and follow the 7-step registration process. Enter basic information, detailed description, team info, funding settings, token settings, and submit. After admin review, it will be approved. Registration and listing are completely free.

Trading fees are 0.5% of the transaction amount. The same rate applies to both buying and selling. Trading fees for the initial trading volume (10% of total supply) after a token's first listing are collected by the platform, and the policy may change afterwards.

StartupDEX only reviews for illegality and fraud. We do not evaluate a project's chances of success, technical capability, team competence, etc. Following the philosophy that the market determines a project's value, investment decisions are the investor's responsibility.

All transactions are securely processed through the platform wallet. However, token investments carry the risk of principal loss and do not guarantee project success. We recommend thorough review before investing.

You can request a withdrawal from My Page > Wallet. Withdrawals are only available for accounts with completed identity verification (KYC), and processing takes 1-3 business days after the request.
